Happy Holidays

Happy Late Thanksgiving!

I had a great holiday with my family and spent most of Friday playing with my niece. We took a lot of pictures throughout the day, but spent most of the time just playing. I really wish I had a picture of her waking me up at 8:00 am with a cowboy hat on her head yelling woohoo, but I missed the moment. Your going to have to settle for these:)

I have to set this picture up. I was eating goldfish crackers and my sister set a bowl of green beans in front of her. This look sums it up:)

Two Brothers at the Park

Karen, I know you are excited to see the pictures of your nephews so here are a couple that caught my eye. I needed a nap after this shoot! These boys kept me very busy, but we had fun and also discovered so many neat places to take future sessions. Enjoy!

I am loving them lately so I wanted to share a couple of my favorites.

My Cousin's Kids

are soooooooo cute, and sweet as can be. We had a chance to take some family pictures while they were in Frankfort for their family vacation. After the shoot we had a picnic, built a sandcastle and watched the sunset.

These girls were a joy to photograph. Even though our session took place a little late and very close to bedtime, these girls pulled through.

This little one was so fun to photograph. She had me running every which way so I could get the "right" shot. She would strike a pose and say "okay, take the picture.....now" and then run off and strike another pose.

Website Almost Live!

My website is almost live! We are just putting the finishing touches on a couple of things. Switching the name over is taking a little longer than expected so the link may not be posted by tomorrow, but later this week. Until then, here are a couple of my favorites from the Francisco session. As you can see they have 2 very cute kids!

Happy 4th of July

New Look+New Name

Due to the popularity of the Pure Photography name among other photographers, I am changing my business name to Kimberly Blok Photography. This protects me from getting confused with the other businesses with a similar name, and also allows me to have a unique identity. After much thought the only safe option I feel I have is to go with my personal name. The new blog address will be http://www.kimberlyblok.blogspot.com/. The blog will change over July 10th.
